PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient care and equipment compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive PAP equipment and provide instructions on usage
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for insurance claims and respond to claim audits
• Monitor and manage client compliance with Positive Airway Pressure devices

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare administration, insurance customer service, or related fields
• For senior level, two years of experience and one year of exact job experience required
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
