Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Rx Navigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support for Pharmacy Navigation technicians
• Collaborate with Workforce Planning to maintain service level performance and optimize productivity
• Monitor performance metrics and participate in quality monitoring initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and licensed/registered in the applicable state
• At least 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy operations setting
• Experience leading large teams of pharmacy technicians preferred
• Familiarity with pharmacy claims, PBM systems, and HIPAA/privacy requirements preferred
