A company is looking for a Case Manager, Incentive Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management services, including assessments, referrals, and follow-ups
- Evaluate vehicle documentation for accuracy and compliance with program guidelines
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors while performing quality control checks
Required Qualifications
- Experience in case management and/or evaluation and procedural compliance
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Expertise in areas related to higher education and business
- Commitment to professional development and shared leadership
