Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Must have a pleasant phone demeanor and strong phone contact handling skills
