A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on billing issues and complaints
- Identifies solutions for billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
- Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in billing or customer service roles
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex billing issues
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques
- Understanding of consumer and commercial billing processes
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
