A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor to oversee a team and ensure quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of Member Advocates and Processors, including staffing and quality assurance
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members while handling escalated inquiries
- Monitor workflow and conduct audits to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in Employee Benefits Administration or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with COBRA Administration and related services is ideal
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Benefit Administration experience or life and health license is a plus
