Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish
- Take ownership of customer concerns and follow up through various communication methods
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure satisfactory resolutions for customers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience
- Minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
