Michigan Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join their outpatient care team serving adult patients across Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans and medication regimens

Required Qualifications

• Currently credentialed with BCBS Michigan and/or Aetna
• Active and unrestricted NP license in Michigan
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Availability during scheduled work hours and responsiveness to internal communications
