Preauthorization Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Preauthorization Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process authorizations, redirections, and denials according to payor guidelines
• Screen member eligibility and retrieve clinical notes from external providers
• Schedule appointments for primary care and internal orders for specialties and imaging

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
