Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)/ Remote Care Coordinator in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly care coordination phone calls with patients and healthcare providers
• Create and revise personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare practices
• Identify social determinants of health and coordinate with community resources for patient support

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with active accreditation
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong writing skills
• Experience with multiple EMR/EHR systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in case management or care coordination is a plus
