Oncology Case Manager RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Case Manager, RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients with active oncology diagnoses, including managing data and clinical assessments
• Provide education and resources to patients and collaborate with community resources for case management
• Monitor and evaluate treatment plans and patient satisfaction while adhering to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of three years of oncology experience required
• At least one year of experience in Utilization Management or Case Management
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
