Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager RN to support Ambetter Marketplace members remotely in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate member needs and recommend care plans to address barriers to accessing appropriate care
• Develop ongoing care plans and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Provide education and resource support to members and their families regarding healthcare options and benefits

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in case management, home health, or managed care
• Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure or compact state licensure required
• Clinical background in an acute care setting
• Must reside in the state of Florida
