Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to customers, resolving issues related to Kubernetes, Linux, and Replicated products
- Enable customer success by guiding and assisting customers in deploying and managing their applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting complex system issues
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm, including diagnosing issues and developing deployment strategies
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Experience working remotely with teams across various time zones
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
