Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to advocate for customers and enhance their experience with simulation software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of customers to maximize value from investments
  • Build strategic customer relationships and coordinate executive-level success reviews
  • Maintain updated customer profiles and ensure proactive engagement throughout the renewal lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • BS in Business Management, Economics, Communications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success Manager roles
  • Consistent record of achieving targets, preferably in a sales environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Significant customer-facing experience with enterprise-level accounts
