Key Responsibilities

• Gather patient registration information and verify demographic, insurance, and financial details
• Schedule appointments and coordinate primary care provider approvals for managed care patients
• Serve as a Patient Access Representative in medicine clinics as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information
• Basic computer proficiency for accessing and managing data
