A company is looking for a Medical Appeals Specialist (SCA).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and forward appeal documents while ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Process appeal documents efficiently and upload media to accounts
• Provide recommendations for workflow improvements and complete assigned tasks accurately

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 5+ years in relevant office/administrative/support roles, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare audit and appeals processes
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
