Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and forward appeal documents while ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Process appeal documents efficiently and upload media to accounts
- Provide recommendations for workflow improvements and complete assigned tasks accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 5+ years in relevant office/administrative/support roles, preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare audit and appeals processes
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
