A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and provide detailed confirmations to patients
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the training of new personnel while identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse professionals
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable using various advanced communication tools
