Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Scheduler - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls within 3 seconds and complete standard calls within 5 minutes
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service during all interactions
• Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks while on and off the phone

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years post high school education preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably phone-based
• Must have a high-speed internet connection
• Must pass a pre-employment background screen and assessments
