Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Services Supervisor of Pre-Registration & Financial Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads daily operations and enhances efficiency in the department
• Facilitates patient pre-registration, insurance verification, and financial clearance
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent supervisory experience; degree preferred
• 5+ years of hospital patient access experience
• Knowledge of revenue cycle policies and procedures, especially in pre-registration and referrals
• Ability to analyze data, maintain budgets, and develop operational policies
• Experience in human resource management and employee development
