Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Team Assistant, TOC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support and manage incoming and outgoing patient calls related to clinical inquiries
• Ensure pre-visit preparations are completed and assist in the timely delivery of patient information
• Collaborate with care team members and assist in the completion of reports and social service referrals

Required Qualifications

• High-school level education or equivalency
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient, ambulatory clinic or virtual setting
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Spanish fluency preferred
