Key Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor daily grievance caseloads for team members
- Serve as the first point of contact for complex or escalated cases
- Manage case process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience working with appeals and grievances in healthcare
- 2+ years of experience with medical terminology
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office- Excel and Word
