A company is looking for a Clinical Grievance Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and monitor daily grievance caseloads for team members
  • Serve as the first point of contact for complex or escalated cases
  • Manage case process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience working with appeals and grievances in healthcare
  • 2+ years of experience with medical terminology
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office- Excel and Word
