Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound engagement phone calls to members based on specific criteria and campaign goals
• Assist members in navigating the healthcare system and addressing health plan dissatisfactions
• Maintain call logs and participate in program improvement discussions

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in a health plan or member engagement role
• Experience in direct communication with members is required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a significant workload
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
