Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBRA Employer Services Specialist responsible for managing relationships with Employer Groups and Partners while overseeing COBRA administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration and respond to inquiries within Service Level Agreements
  • Manage the annual renewal process and maintain documentation of client activity using a CRM tool
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure compliance with regulations


Required Qualifications
  • Willingness to work specified hours, including possible holidays and occasional overtime
  • Experience with OnBase, COBRA Point, and COBRA administration is preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Employer Group plan designs and file schedules
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
