Key Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and delegates duties as necessary
• Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements
• Acts as second level of appeal for client and claimant issues regarding claims

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation claims handling experience
• Experience with New York jurisdictional regulations and procedures
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant certifications is a plus
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation claims processes in New York
