Key Responsibilities
- Support the Care Advice Line call queue by answering incoming calls and triaging cases
- Provide education and assistance to patients regarding self-management goals and care coordination
- Document interactions accurately in the EMR and assist with scheduling appointments as needed
Required Qualifications
- Relevant clinical experience and educational background
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Technical competency to operate required applications and systems
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
- Ability to remain patient and polite in all call situations
