A company is looking for a Care Advice Line Health Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Care Advice Line call queue by answering incoming calls and triaging cases
  • Provide education and assistance to patients regarding self-management goals and care coordination
  • Document interactions accurately in the EMR and assist with scheduling appointments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant clinical experience and educational background
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Technical competency to operate required applications and systems
  • Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
  • Ability to remain patient and polite in all call situations
