Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead a high-performing team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily activities of the Client Services teams, providing guidance and leadership
  • Champion exceptional service standards through training and coaching
  • Act as an escalation point for major incidents and ensure prompt resolution and communication
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a Contact Centre environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing a diverse, high-performing team in a global remote work environment
  • Previous experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms is a plus
  • Passion for mentoring and developing team members
