Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a Contact Centre environment
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing a diverse, high-performing team in a global remote work environment
- Previous experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms is a plus
- Passion for mentoring and developing team members
