Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility and Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
• Provide support for the eligibility load process and coordinate issue resolution
• Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
• Experience in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Exposure to eligibility and billing processes in Medicaid
• Ability to maintain quality and production standards as per client requirements
