Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist I to facilitate patient engagement and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to members for program enrollment and initial visit scheduling
• Manage daily outreach queues and track performance metrics for calls and enrollments
• Document member interactions accurately and maintain a professional demeanor throughout all communications

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Experience in a high call volume environment strongly preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly preferred
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
