Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Cantactix and Blue Yonder software to solve customer problems and demonstrate solutions
- Lead customer onboarding and architect complex workflows while providing proactive support
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in writing formulas, building highlights, and creating tables in Blue Yonder
- In-depth knowledge of the Blue Yonder Category Management Suite, particularly Space Planning and/or Floor Planning
- Experience with customer support ticketing systems
- Ability to mentor others and share knowledge effectively
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
