Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and ensure timely processing of claims
• Gather necessary injury and insurance information from various parties and submit claims to insurance carriers
• Provide customer service support and assist in training new employees

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or insurance
• Strong customer service background with a positive attitude
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively
