A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Care Agent for the late shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to inbound calls, online chats, and emails regarding policy coverage and claims
- Builds rapport with policyholders and assists with policy changes or coverage enhancements
- Maintains understanding of regulations and utilizes multiple technical systems effectively
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in insurance claims processing or customer support
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a contact center environment
- Willingness to submit to a background investigation
