Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Care Agent for the late shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to inbound calls, online chats, and emails regarding policy coverage and claims
  • Builds rapport with policyholders and assists with policy changes or coverage enhancements
  • Maintains understanding of regulations and utilizes multiple technical systems effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in insurance claims processing or customer support
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a contact center environment
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation
