Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage moderately complex workers' compensation claims while ensuring compliance with state laws
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop return-to-work strategies and negotiate settlements
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide timely updates on high-exposure claims to management

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of claims handling experience, preferably in workers' compensation
• Associate in Claims (AIC) designation preferred
• Texas All-Lines Adjuster License preferred
