Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Phone Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of patient and non-patient care equipment/applications
- Assist and document routine maintenance in compliance with policies and procedures
- Provide basic technical in-service education for clinical and non-clinical staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in technical support or related field is preferred
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs and work in patient care areas independently
- Must have reliable personal transportation for daily trips between facilities
- Must meet Defensive Driving Class and Motor Vehicle Report screening for certification to drive company vehicles
