Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve queries efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
  • Stable high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down
