Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiry calls, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Resolve complex claims inquiries and problems, involving others when necessary
- Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve queries efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Data entry experience
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- Stable high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down
