A company is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Agent - Remote (Overnight).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through social media and phone interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Effectively multitask between customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
- High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old
- Available for 12 weeks of paid training and full-time 8-hour shifts
- Must reside in Texas and pass a background screening
