Remote Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients' patients while accurately recording their information
• Assist with account resolution by communicating account information, offering solutions, and establishing payment arrangements
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while meeting individual metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have a quiet and private workspace
• High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable (minimum 20mbs download and 10mbs upload)
• Must live in one of the following states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
• Must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training
• Equipment needed for the position will be provided by the company
