Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Agent to provide telephone triage support for dermatology patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and return voicemails to address patient inquiries and transfer calls as needed
• Relay pathology results, schedule appointments, and document all conversations in the system
• Prioritize patient cases based on urgency and explain procedures to patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Assistant
• Experience with patient scheduling and understanding of medical terminology
• Familiarity with medical surgical procedures and common pathology diagnoses
• Experience in handling emergent situations and charting
