Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to bridge the gap between Product Engineering and Customer Support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Support Representatives to resolve customer concerns requiring engineering efforts
  • Build support scripts and internal tools to automate manual processes
  • Prepare & support customer implementations such as Single Sign-On and Calendar Integration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or 1 year of professional web development experience
  • Experience working with Typescript or C#
  • Experience building projects with large language models such as OpenAI's GPT models
  • 3 years of professional web development experience (ideal candidate)
  • Previous experience implementing or supporting authentication systems (ideal candidate)
