Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen relationships with existing customers and drive retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned dealership accounts, focusing on retention and customer lifetime success
  • Deliver product consultations and training sessions while acting as a subject-matter expert
  • Monitor customer health and engagement signals to identify churn risks and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or retention roles
  • Knowledge of ACV, churn metrics, and customer lifecycle strategies
  • Background in subscription-based services, SaaS, automotive, or technology industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
