A company is looking for a Policyholder Services Representative I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a phone support role
- Empathetically assist policyholders and/or their representatives with individualized policy inquiries
- Complete document processing and update customer information accurately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School education/GED required with at least one year of customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products
- Insurance or medical background preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology and health insurance is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
