Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers in achieving their business outcomes using database technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Lead customer onboarding and adoption processes to ensure successful implementation of the database
  • Oversee and manage key customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, or DBaaS products
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, particularly distributed SQL, NoSQL, or relational databases
  • Understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and public cloud platforms
