Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative Medical Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patient appointments and manage patient inquiries
• Process communication requests efficiently through various channels
• Train new members on departmental processes and assist with patient referrals

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona, Nevada, or Texas
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment or high-volume contact center
• Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent military training
• Experience with computer systems, including office and web-based applications
