Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for Robotic & Digital Solutions products
- Ensure 24/7 customer support and participate in emergency on-call support
- Mentor less experienced Technical Support personnel and manage assigned projects
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 6 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in Technical Support or related areas
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations or similar compliance standards
- Experience with ERP and CRM applications is preferred
