Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Trust & Field Security Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scale and enhance programs like the Customer Trust Center to provide customers with security, privacy, and compliance information
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customer security teams, supporting sales and account managers in client-facing discussions
  • Analyze and respond to cybersecurity sections of RFIs and RFPs, maintaining accurate security documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
  • Minimum 4 years in customer-facing roles, advising senior security and IT leaders
  • Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in developing scalable Customer Trust programs preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous
