Healthcare Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Collections - Self-Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patient financial situations
• Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls
• Manage patient disputes and escalate issues to a supervisor as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year collections experience in healthcare
• Minimum one year experience with Software Epic
• Associate's degree preferred
• Two years of related experience is a plus
