A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Collections - Self-Pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patient financial situations
- Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls
- Manage patient disputes and escalate issues to a supervisor as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year collections experience in healthcare
- Minimum one year experience with Software Epic
- Associate's degree preferred
- Two years of related experience is a plus
