IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and enhance automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Write scripts and build integrations to automate support tasks and streamline workflows
• Provide premium-level remote tech support and manage equipment troubleshooting
• Act as a cybersecurity defender, tracking issues and protecting against digital threats

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows/Mac issues
• 2+ years of experience with at least one programming language and working with APIs
• Familiarity with AI concepts and hands-on experience with automation tools
• Solid foundation in networking and security basics
• Bonus points for A+ or Security+ Certification
