Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily inquiries from advisors and provide ticketing support
- Research and troubleshoot service desk questions while ensuring timely responses
- Assist Advisors with ticketing processes and serve as backup for Advisor Support Coverage desk
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with primary GDS platforms, preferably Travelport+ or Galileo
- At least 2 years' experience with secondary GDS platforms
- Deep knowledge of GDS formats, air ticketing, and international reservation processes
- Travel agent experience is preferred
- Ability to handle difficult situations and escalate issues appropriately
