Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily inquiries from advisors and provide ticketing support
  • Research and troubleshoot service desk questions while ensuring timely responses
  • Assist Advisors with ticketing processes and serve as backup for Advisor Support Coverage desk
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with primary GDS platforms, preferably Travelport+ or Galileo
  • At least 2 years' experience with secondary GDS platforms
  • Deep knowledge of GDS formats, air ticketing, and international reservation processes
  • Travel agent experience is preferred
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and escalate issues appropriately
