A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the ePay customer service area and manage support team members
- Develop process improvements and manage customer service workflows within Salesforce.com
- Maintain positive relationships with providers and suppliers while ensuring timely communication of customer service issues
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial environment, preferably healthcare
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role focused on project management or customer service
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
