Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the ePay customer service area and manage support team members
  • Develop process improvements and manage customer service workflows within Salesforce.com
  • Maintain positive relationships with providers and suppliers while ensuring timely communication of customer service issues


Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial environment, preferably healthcare
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role focused on project management or customer service
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
