Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients to increase adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships and advocate for customer needs internally
  • Manage the annual renewal process and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success
  • Consultative approach with experience in cybersecurity services
  • Experience partnering with security-focused personas (CISOs, Security Engineers, Analysts)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and managing renewals
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to help customers succeed
