Key Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients to increase adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Establish trusted advisor relationships and advocate for customer needs internally
- Manage the annual renewal process and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success
- Consultative approach with experience in cybersecurity services
- Experience partnering with security-focused personas (CISOs, Security Engineers, Analysts)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and managing renewals
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to help customers succeed
