Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to support product requirements and the Customer Success function
- Guide the customer onboarding process by configuring and validating customer data, establishing scalable best practices
- Lead customer-facing engagements, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product direction while strengthening long-term relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a technical role within a product, integration, or consulting team
- Expertise with relational databases and data-driven systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (3-5+ years)
- Preference for experience in the healthcare field, specifically with clinical or financial data
