A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineering Manager to join their team remotely.

  • Lead customer-facing engagements, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product direction while strengthening long-term relationships
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a technical role within a product, integration, or consulting team
  • Expertise with relational databases and data-driven systems
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (3-5+ years)
  • Preference for experience in the healthcare field, specifically with clinical or financial data
